Each room contains a closet and washbasin with mirror. Adjoining rooms share a shower and toilet. On each floor there are coin-operated washers and dryers, and a refrigerator for storing snacks. In the lobby there is a student lounge with couches, a pay phone, and a television with cable reception.
The two-story dormitory annex is an older structure. It contains smaller rooms designed for single occupancy.

There are two student residence halls at OSULA: the main dormitory which has 60 double bedrooms and a capacity of 120; and the dormitory Annex which has 20 single rooms for students who prefer that option.
The two-story main dormitory was constructed in 1990. Rooms have individual heating/cooling controls. All the rooms are identically equipped. Each student has a twin bed, study desk and lamp, chair and underbed storage drawers.
Rooms contain a bed, study desk and lamp, chair, washbasin and mirror, and closet. Shared bathrooms and showers for most rooms are located, dormitory-style, at each end of the hall.
The international kitchen, where students from both dormitories may prepare and eat their meals, is located in this building. Refrigerator space is provided, but students must supply their own utensils.
