OSULA is located a few steps from Ventura Boulevard, a major street in the San Fernando Valley. Along Ventura Boulevard students can find shops, restaurants and entertainment of many kinds. Buses pass frequently, and the newly opened North Hollywood line of the Los Angeles subway system is available to take passengers to Hollywood.
The grounds of the campus are green and well tended. Large trees and gardens abound, connected by sunny, manicured lawns. Visitors remark that the campus feels like an oasis in the city. A high wall encloses the campus, with access by security gates. This is a beautiful, safe and comfortable site where students are able to concentrate on their studies. A large parking lot offers ample parking for staff and students.
Our student lounge has computers with free internet access, and on Friday nights we invite students to interact with others from around the world in our chat room.
Classrooms are comfortable and spacious. With the recent addition of a videoconference studio, the latest technology for language learning and distance learning are available.
